We provide professional cleaning services:
ALL services require an on-site visit first:
Submit quote request via web form
We schedule free on-site inspection
Receive personalized quote after visit
Indoor cleaning: Book directly after quote approval
Outdoor services: Final confirmation after inspection
30% advance payment required before service starts
70% balance due after service completion
Payment via bank transfer or card (after service)
All prices include Spanish VAT (IVA)

Once we complete the work, we walk through every detail with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If anything needs attention, we fix it immediately on the spot.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to surfaces
Damage from improper maintenance by customer
Normal wear and tear
Force majeure (weather, etc.)
Do not use our site for unlawful purposes
Quote forms must contain accurate information
We reserve right to refuse service
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept changes.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes resolved in Málaga courts.
